JANUARY 2020 Listings: Chapel Hill (City), Single Family, Detached Homes

 

85 homes were listed in January (to Active Status).

 

33 of these went Under Contract in January (with 4 closings of January listings in January).

14 went Under Contract in February (with 18 closings of January listings in February).

3 went Under Contract in March (with 21 closings of January listings in March).

 

For a total of 50 January listings under contract by the end of the first quarter and 43 Closed.

Of these 85 listings, by the end of the first quarter, 3 had been Canceled and 6 had Expired. This means that of the original 85 listings, 26 were still Active.

 

*61 homes listed in 2019 or earlier went under contract in January and 62 closed.

 

 

 

February 2020 Listings: Chapel Hill (City), Single Family, Detached Homes

 

103 homes were listed in February (to Active Status).

 

37 of these went Under Contract in February (with 0 closings of February listings in February).

14 went Under Contract in March (with 21 closings of February listings in March).

 

For a total of 51 February listings under contract by the end of the first quarter and 43 Closed.

Of these 103 listings, by the end of the first quarter, 3 had been Canceled and 6 had Expired. This means that of the original 103 listings, 43 were still Active.
